1511 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 1511 platform. By registering an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out here.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 1511 platform ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by 1511.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1511 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without notice. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested. 1511 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless you promptly report any unauthorised access to 1511 customer support. We recommend changing your password regularly and using a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All 1511 users are required to comply with the following rules when using the platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure without compensation.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification, or payment system manipulation.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through multiple account creation or collusion.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 1511 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users. The following terms govern all financial activity on our platform.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via approved methods including DuitNow, Boost, and local bank transfers. Minimum deposit limits may vary by payment method. All deposits are subject to verification, and 1511 reserves the right to reject or delay any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests can only be processed to a bank account registered under the same user's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. First-time withdrawals require full account verification before processing. 1511 is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving bank or banking infrastructure issues beyond our control.
Transaction Cancellation
Deposits credited to a gaming account cannot be reversed. Any transaction disputes must be reported to 1511 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. Late reports may not be processed.

The 1511 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 1511 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. 1511's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the valid account balance held by that user at the time of the incident.
1511 does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability and accepts no liability for service disruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure
1511 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: fraud or attempted fraud, breach of terms of use, provision of false information during registration, suspicious activity that may involve money laundering, or at the request of law enforcement agencies.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through 1511 customer support channels. Any valid balance will be returned to the user upon proper identity verification, provided there are no outstanding liabilities.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 1511 platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of 1511 and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1511.
The 1511 platform may contain links to third-party websites for users' convenience. The presence of such links does not imply that 1511 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. You access third-party links at your own risk and subject to the terms of those third parties.
1511 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
